We use Squarespace for all of our full site builds. Using this platform means you’ll be able to track the development of your website through every stage of the project. Browse and choose flexible designs, review and critique our work, and practise managing your site before it goes live. No previous experience with Squarespace? We’ll show you how to use the platform collaboratively with our team so you’re ready to go when your site launches.
We make building websites simple, but we also make sure it’s enjoyable. Unlike some web design agencies that work with complex platforms, we build directly onto Squarespace. Designed to be visual, intuitive and accessible, the platform allows us to work in an agile way with our clients. We design and build, they offer feedback, we edit. Cutting out complex and cumbersome ‘middle man’ platforms makes this process quick and collaborative and gives teams experience of working with Squarespace before site launch.
In addition to full site builds we also offer site redesign and site migration. You might be looking to move from Wordpress or Wix, or upgrading from Squarespace version 7.0 to 7.1. Alternatively, you might be unfamiliar with this web design lingo but know that your old site has seen better days!
Our team has developed a tried-and-tested method for site migration. We work hard behind-the-scenes to deliver a ‘copy and paste’ effect which is simple on the surface but relies on the ‘secret sauce’ in our approach.

Online store setup

Our team has the design experience and the IT expertise to tackle both the aesthetic and the functional in our design review service. We might advise on things like layout or the use of effective colour and font combinations. Or we may highlight issues like incorrect URL structure or image sizing, both of which could slow down your site or impact its discoverability on Google.

Things like adding a form that allows visitors to subscribe to your newsletter, embedding video, introducing a comments page, or partially restricting access to premium subscribers can help monetise your website and build your business.
Making small SEO improvements will help boost your Google rankings, however, SEO is a marathon, not a sprint. For SEO success you need to be in it for long term. Quick fixes should be coupled with a long-term SEO strategy, which we can also help your team formulate and deliver.

Site functionality
Know what looks good but not sure what works well? We can help improve the way your website functions at the operational level.
Our team can identify issues that are slowing down your site or impacting its discoverability. We’ll make quick changes that won’t disrupt your website or change the way it looks, but will vastly improve how your customers find your site and engage with your business.
This includes reviewing image and font sizing and making sure the layout of your site is optimised for mobile devices. We can set up Google Analytics to help you get in-depth data on your site – and talk you through how to gather and action intelligence from this. We can also set up and configure Google Search Console, allowing you to monitor your site’s SEO performance and improve its rankings.
Training and support
We offer training and support throughout a web design project, or as a standalone service.
We simplify the process of web design and build, but we also make sure that managing your website post-launch is equally straightforward. Our collaborative design and build services involve clients from day one, acting as an introduction to – or reinforcing knowledge of – the Squarespace platform.
Squarespace already offers training material – but there’s a lot out there! Our bespoke sessions will save you trawling through forums, watching videos and reading the literature. We’ve done all that for you and will translate our knowledge and learning into an accessible, engaging format for your team.
We offer 1-2-1 training and group sessions which we’ll pitch to your team’s experience level and intended usage of your website. These can be in person or via Zoom, with recordings of all sessions available to download and keep.
Squarespace is always changing and updating, introducing new features and technical updates. We’ll help you make the most of these changes, offering training and support services after your site has launched, as and when you need.
Our team works solely with Squarespace; we’ve built hundreds of websites with the platform and have multiple projects on-the-go at any time. As Squarespace Circle Members we have access to the latest releases and updates and engage with the Squarespace community. We’re also part of the testing group that beta tests new features, so we know what’s in the pipeline and what might work for your project. Being this close to the action means we know Squarespace inside and out and can pass this knowledge on to your team through our training sessions.
